What is Reiki healing?

Reiki is a natural energy healing technique practiced by Rainbow Phoenix, developed in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui, for improving our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Reiki provides deep relaxation promoting a sense of peace and well-being. It aims to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance restoring the flow of energy. It makes for an excellent de-stressor.

During a reiki session, the practitioner places their hands either directly on you or just above you to bring about the healing process. The belief is that the practitioner can stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities.
